以下条款称「本条款」，「我们」指 FLAVORFIX SDN BHD，「你」指使用本网站或下单的人。

2. 条款的适用

浏览本网站或下单即表示你接受本条款。如果你不接受，请勿使用本网站。你必须年满 18 岁，或在家长／监护人同意下使用。

3. 订单与合约成立

你下单并完成付款后，我们会发出订单确认。订单确认只表示我们收到订单，不表示合约成立。合约在我们确认可以配送、并安排出货时才成立。

在以下情况我们可以拒绝或取消订单，并全额退款：

存货不足或口味缺货
配送地址在服务范围以外
网站标价、口味或产品说明出现明显错误
我们合理怀疑订单涉及欺诈或滥用

4. 价格与付款

所有价格以马币（RM）显示。
本公司目前未注册销售与服务税（SST），网站标价为最终价格，不另加税。
付款方式包括信用卡／扣账卡、FPX 网上银行及电子钱包，由第三方支付服务商处理。我们不会储存你的完整卡号。
订单在付款成功后才会安排制作与配送。
我们可以随时调整价格，但已成立的订单不受影响。

5. 产品说明与食品安全

我们销售 180ml 鲜炖花胶奶，共 16 款口味。

本产品不添加防腐剂，属于冷藏鲜食。雪隆区当天炖煮、当天温热配送。请先将花胶奶放置至完全放凉，再放入 0–4°C 冰箱冷藏，并在 10 天内饮用完毕。外区订单出货前会先进行冷藏处理，保存方式详见配送政策。
本产品为食品，不是药品。产品说明不构成医疗建议，也不用于诊断、治疗、舒缓或预防任何疾病。
过敏原：本产品含牛奶及鱼类（花胶）成分。对乳制品或海鲜过敏者请勿饮用。
孕期、哺乳期、正在服药或有慢性疾病者，建议先咨询医生。三岁以下幼儿不建议饮用。
口味、配料与供应会随季节调整，网站图片仅供参考。

6. 月订计划

月订计划的运作方式如下，请在下单前确认你理解：

一次付款，共 28 瓶，分四次每周配送。
付款只发生一次，我们不保存你的信用卡资料，不会自动扣款，也不需要取消订阅。
每次配送前，我们会以 WhatsApp 与你确认下一周的 7 款口味，你可以更换，也可以维持不变。
配送日期可以在合理范围内调整，请提前以 WhatsApp 通知我们。
月底我们会通过 WhatsApp 询问你是否继续。你不回复，计划就自然结束。
月订计划一经付款确认，即视为订单成立，恕不接受中途取消；如你主动中途停止，未配送的产品亦不予退款。产品本身有问题或订单未送达的情况，仍依退款政策处理。

10. 网站使用

你同意不会：以自动程式大量抓取本网站、干扰网站运作、冒用他人身份下单，或将本网站用于任何违法用途。

11. 知识产权

本网站的文字、照片、设计、标志与品牌名称均属 FLAVORFIX SDN BHD 或其授权人所有，未经书面同意不得复制或商业使用。

12. 客户评价

你提供的评价、照片或留言，我们可能在网站与社交媒体上使用。提交即表示你授权我们使用，并确认内容为你本人的真实体验。我们可以在不改变原意的情况下作长度或格式上的编辑。

13. 责任范围

在法律允许的范围内，我们对订单的赔偿责任以你对该订单实际支付的金额为上限，并且不承担间接或衍生损失。

本条款不排除、也不限制《1999 年消费者保护法令》（Consumer Protection Act 1999）赋予你的权利，包括产品品质与用途适合性的法定保证。该法令下的权利不受本条款影响。我们也不排除因疏忽导致人身伤害或死亡的责任。

14. 不可抗力

因天灾、水灾、停电、公共卫生事件、政府命令、罢工或物流系统中断等我们无法合理控制的情况，导致延误或无法履行订单时，我们不承担违约责任，但会与你协商改期或退款。

15. 条款修改

我们可以随时更新本条款，更新后于本页面公布并注明生效日期。适用于你的订单的是你下单当时的版本。

16. 适用法律

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，并受马来西亚法院的非专属管辖。

1. About us

This website is operated by FLAVORFIX SDN BHD (Company No. 202501048686 (1650094-V)), trading as SweetBites 甜圆鲜炖, selling freshly stewed fish maw milk.

In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean FLAVORFIX SDN BHD, and "you" means the person using this website or placing an order.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders and when a contract is formed

After you place an order and pay, we send an order confirmation. That confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order—it does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm we can deliver and arrange dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if:

stock or a chosen flavor is unavailable;
the delivery address falls outside our service area;
there is an obvious error in the listed price, flavor or product description; or
we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
We are not currently registered for Sales and Service Tax (SST), so listed prices are final and no tax is added.
We accept credit and debit cards, FPX online banking and e-wallets, processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Orders are prepared and dispatched only after payment clears.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Product information and food safety

We sell 180ml freshly stewed fish maw milk in 16 flavors.

Our products contain no preservatives and are chilled fresh food. Klang Valley orders are stewed and delivered the same day and arrive warm—let them cool completely, then refrigerate at 0–4°C and finish within 10 days. Outstation orders are chilled before dispatch; storage is covered in the Shipping Policy.
This is a food product, not a medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, relieve or prevent any disease.
Allergens: contains milk and fish (fish maw). Do not consume if you are allergic to dairy or seafood.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a chronic condition, please consult your doctor first. Not recommended for children under three.
Flavors, ingredients and availability change seasonally. Product images are for illustration.

6. Monthly Plan

Please make sure you understand how the Monthly Plan works before ordering:

One payment for 28 bottles, delivered across four weekly deliveries.
We do not store your card; there is no auto-billing, and there is no subscription to cancel. Payment happens once.
Before each delivery, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm the next week's 7 flavors. You can swap them or keep them the same.
Delivery dates can be adjusted within reason—let us know on WhatsApp in advance.
At the end of the month, we ask on WhatsApp whether you would like to continue. If you don't reply, the plan ends.
Once payment is confirmed the order is final: the plan cannot be cancelled partway, and if you stop, bottles not yet delivered are not refunded. Problems with the product itself, or an order that fails to arrive, are still handled under the Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Because this is chilled fresh food, refunds work differently from ordinary goods. See the Refund Policy.

9. Personal data

How we collect and use your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to scrape the site with automated tools, interfere with its operation, order using someone else's identity, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

All text, photography, design, logos and brand names on this site belong to FLAVORFIX SDN BHD or its licensors, and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

12. Customer reviews

We may publish reviews, photos or messages you send us on our website and social media. By submitting them, you grant us permission to do so and confirm the content reflects your genuine experience. We may edit for length or format without changing the meaning.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including the statutory guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. Those rights are unaffected. We also do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control—including natural disasters, flooding, power failure, public health events, government orders, industrial action or logistics network disruption—but we will work with you to reschedule or refund.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are published on this page with a new effective date. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
